Waltair Robotics develops sports-focused physical AI systems that observe athletes, evaluate performance, and adapt physical training in real time.

Tennis is our first application. The underlying architecture is designed to extend across sports and training environments.

WHY WE EXIST

More Purposeful Repetition. More Time for Coaching.

Athletes improve through thousands of focused repetitions. Delivering those repetitions still depends heavily on finite coaching time, available practice partners, and equipment that cannot respond to the athlete.

Waltair is building a new layer of training infrastructure: intelligent robotics that make individualized practice more available, responsive, and measurable.

Intelligence does not replace coaches. It multiplies them.

Coaches define development goals, make nuanced corrections, and guide the athlete. Waltair’s systems execute the repetitive layer of training and capture what happens across every session.

A Focused, Cross-Disciplinary Team

Waltair is led full time by founder Neel Kamidi and supported by specialist contributors across software, computer vision and machine learning, electrical systems, hardware, and mechanical design. Advisors provide additional guidance in engineering leadership, commercialization, and company building.

Together, these disciplines support one integrated robotics architecture—from perception and software to electronics and physical actuation.
